Wow, Christopher. What a compelling yarn. I can hardly wait for the next installment. Power, lust, sex, family intrigue. What more could one want in a story? And it's very well told and visually compelling. Good job. I'm curious to see where the tale leads. I sort of have this sneaking feeling that your tale may be much closer to the truth of "real" biblical events than the sanitized fables and fabrications we were taught. Is this where you are headed? I guess we must "stay tuned". Kudos!!

Christopher,
First let me say that you are a really good writer. A really good writer! You kept me wanting more throughout all the chapters. I kept going to the next chapter instead of putting down my phone. I really love your descriptions and your character building.
I generally read non-fiction but you did have me captivated with your storyline. I simply did not want to stop reading and was unhappy when the chapters came to an end.
Christopher, this is a masterful work. I imagine that you know that the scene between Zack and Mary was a tough one to read given all the implications between uncle and child so I am really anxious to hear how you move forward from this. That being said, I am intrigued and wait with bated breath for your next release.
You really are a writer! Congratulations!

Christopher,
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading Lily, and I'm only sorry it has taken me so long to write you a proper review! Your imagination and writing style are captivating. I love the way you paint scenes with your words and invoke compelling emotions from each character and as they move from scene to scene.
Growing up with a Christian background myself, I appreciate the curiosity of all the in-betweens that could have or might have happened within the stories of the Bible. And I became enthralled with your telling of it! I very much look forward to experiencing your other works! Best of luck!
Warmly,
- Meg A.
